E-Logservice sprl collects and processes personal data of customers for the provision of parcel and freight delivery services and to fulfil its contractual obligations, which include, among others, the delivery of parcels, the payment of services and the handling of complaints. You can use the email address info@e-logservice.eu to request about the data we hold about you or to request their rectification, deletion or transmission. Personal data includes information about individuals or events relating to a natural person. This information includes name, address, telephone number or e-mail address. Information that does not refer to an identified or identifiable person – such as your favourite web pages or the number of users of a web page – is not considered personal data.
As a postal service provider, E-Logservice sprl respects the confidentiality of the shipment.
By implementing technical and organisational means, E-Logservice sprl does its utmost to protect personal data from loss or misuse. Personal data are processed only by systems protected by security measures. E-Logservice sprl develops its security and data protection measures as much as necessary in the light of technological progress.
Categories of data, purposes of processing of personal data and legal basis In order to perform the delivery of parcels and freight and to fulfil its contractual obligations, which include the delivery of parcels, the payment of services and the management of complaints, E-Logservice sprl needs to collect information about its customers (contact details, information about the method of payment) or any other information necessary for the chosen service, as well as about the recipient (name, address, postcode, city, country, telephone number and e-mail address). The information on the recipients of the parcels and the related documentation (location of the parcels at each stage of the routing) as well as the proofs of delivery collected by E-Logservice sprl can be processed and recorded. E-Logservice sprl uses the data relating to the packages and the recipients in order to fulfil its contractual obligations. Any other use is prohibited.
E-Logservice sprl receives the telephone number and the address of the recipient from the sender who has commissioned E-Logservice sprl. The sender of the parcel is therefore responsible for collecting the data from the recipient and for obtaining his consent for his details to be transferred to E-Logservice sprl.
In principle, only the sender and the recipient are entitled to obtain information about the package sent. E-Logservice sprl only passes on information to third parties (e.g. public authorities) in the event of a legal obligation. E-Logservice sprl will not sell or make available personal data to anyone. However, E-Logservice sprl may, in certain cases, transfer personal data without notifying you in order to carry out the delivery assignment. The following may be recipients of this personal data

Data retention and deletion
E-Logservice sprl processes personal data for as long as is necessary for the purpose concerned. We determine the length of time we keep your data based on the following obligations:

E-Logservice sprl fundamentally differentiates between an open and a closed area when using the website. The functions in the open area can be used without prior registration. The closed area partially supports the execution of a contract between the customer and E-Logservice sprl, and can only be consulted via a connection file issued by E-Logservice sprl. The open area offers the user, among other things, an e-mail contact form, the “Track and Trace” function. The data entered in an enquiry via the e-mail contact form, such as name, street, postcode, town, etc., are necessary for us to be able to process your enquiry. E-Logservice sprl will not pass on, sell or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties, unless this is necessary for the implementation of the services described above.

In the event that your consent has been requested for the execution of data processing, you should be aware that you have the right to withdraw it at any time, without altering the legality of the processing of personal data based on the consent given before the withdrawal.
